6-Day Fuel Up

Breakfast: 1 cup high-protein, high-fiber cereal (I like Kashi GoLean)

1 egg, soft-boiled

1 cup fat-free milk

Applesauce, unsweetened (I like Langers or Mott’s)

Coffee or tea with fat-free milk and Truvia or Splenda

Snack: Mango and pineapple slushy (blend frozen fruit with ice and eat with a spoon)

Lunch: Apple Tuna Roll-Up, here

Snack: Fresh figs

Dinner: Baked Chicken Burritos, here

Baked Parmesan Tomato, here

Dessert: 1 cup low-fat chocolate pudding (I like Whole Foods or Jell-O)

3 fat-free ginger snaps (I like Newman’s Own Organics)

Snack: Grapefruit sections
